    Stacey Baker joined the Marks Management Group Team in Spring of 2017. Stacey is the acting General Manager and is responsible for managing several Lake Arrowhead Community Associations and overseeing daily organizational functions for our mountain wide client base. She also oversees all escrow transactions and is a certified Notary Public.

    In 2017 Stacey visited Lake Arrowhead while living in San Francisco, fell in love with the mountain, and decided to make a drastic move. Stacey moved to San Francisco in 2006 from the Central Valley to study at San Francisco State University.
    While in San Francisco, Stacey worked in socially and environmentally responsible commercial real estate development working closely on the management of several multi-million dollar new construction and renovation projects for non-profit organizations.
    In this role she specialized in construction management assistance, expediting of SF Building Department permits and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing administration.

    In her free time Stacey is a Board Director for the non-profit organization, Survivor Squad, which serves adolescents transitioning into and out of cancer treatment. Every free moment she has is enjoyed with her husband, two teenage boys and two miniature dachshunds.

    Cecilia Ponce de Leon, born in Southern California, is the co-owner of CAPRE Real Estate in Lake Arrowhead. She received an Associate of Arts Degree in Sociology from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, an Associate of Arts Degree in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, California and obtained a Bachelor of Business Degree from the University of Phoenix, and recently completed a Certificate Program by the University of Notre Dame in Board Development & Board Governance.

    Early in her career, Cecilia worked at the Superior Court in Fullerton California as a Judges Executive assistant. In 2008 she began to expand her career in the Financial Services. She was 2nd in the nation as a Corporate Market Manager with New York Life fortune 100 company. Her expertise includes managing, hiring, and developing individuals with strong business acumen and excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.

    Cecilia has an extensive record of civic involvement and accomplishments. She was recognized by Mayor of Pomona, Elliott Rothman, for her volunteer efforts and commitment to the Pomona Unified School District. She was also acknowledged by Congressman Mark Takano for the contributions to the Miracle on Main Street Toy drive. She served in the Go Red for Woman Executive Leadership Team and also on the Executive board of the Greater Riverside Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She is currently on the Advisory Board for Parkview Community Hospital-Latino Council, VIP Women’s Business Council Board, RIM Educational Foundation Board member, and Immediate past President and Founder of the National Latina Businesswomen Association Inland Empire.

    Cecilia has earned a reputation for being professional, committed, resourceful, and determined to helping others grow. Cecilia also volunteers for causes that are dear to her heart such as the Disabled Veterans and Casa Hogar de Ninos orphanage in Mexico.
